Scent of a Yule represents a thoughtfully composed seasonal blend designed to deliver both complexity and approachability. This medium roast showcases three distinct origins: a naturally processed Ethiopian Yirgacheffe to preserve its characteristic bright acidity and fruit-forward character; Colombian coffee for structural clarity; and Nicaraguan coffee that went through an anaerobic yeast fermentation to introduce layered aromatics and textural depth. The resulting cup exhibits a refined balance of blueberry aromatics, milk chocolate body, nutty undertones, and caramel sweetness—a profile that maintains coherence across the palate while offering sufficient complexity for discerning coffee enthusiasts.
