Grown in the remote town of Cofradía de Chocolón in Nayarit, Mexico—just a rugged two-hour drive from Tepic—this exceptional coffee comes from a region known for its breathtaking ocean views and forested hills lined with historic coffee farms.
Here, Bourbon and Caturra coffee varieties thrive in a unique microclimate. Using a natural anaerobic process, the cherries develop rich, tropical, and fruity notes, resulting in a vibrant and complex cup that’s as adventurous as its origin.
This coffee also honors the Los Huicholes, an Indigenous group native to the region. Their intricate yarn paintings and beadwork tell stories, preserve tradition, and celebrate the cultural heritage of Nayarit.
