Since 1996, Finca Santo Tomás Perdido has produced specialty coffee, honey, and renewable energy in San Lucas Tolimán near Lake Atitlán, Guatemala. Owned by the Torrebiarte family and now managed by third-generation farmer Javier Torrebiarte, the farm employs 125 full-time staff and up to 500 pickers during harvest.

The team continually improves processing methods, recently adding advanced sorting in the wet mill to further enhance quality. Committed to sustainability, the farm also generates hydroelectric power, reducing its carbon footprint while making the most of its natural resources.
