Once believed to be a natural hybrid of red and yellow Bourbon, Pink Bourbon—also known as Bourbon Rosado—is now thought to trace its roots to an Ethiopian landrace variety. While its genetic origins are still being studied, what’s clear is its remarkable quality in the cup and its natural resistance to plant disease.

Closely related to elite varieties like Geisha, Pink Bourbon delivers both complexity and resilience—making it a standout for both farmers and coffee lovers alike.
