This washed Colombian coffee from Antioquia underwent the Swiss Water decaffeination process and offers a full, flavorful cup with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, roasted almond, and red apple. With a heavy body and gentle acidity, it delivers the classic Colombian profile, minus the caffeine.

Sourced from smallholder farmers across Antioquia, this decaf represents both quality and care, from farm to cup.

About Swiss Water® Process Decaf

The Swiss Water® Process is a natural, chemical-free method for decaffeinating coffee—developed in Switzerland and trusted around the world for preserving flavor and quality.

It begins by soaking green coffee beans in pure water to create a Green Coffee Extract (GCE), which contains all the coffee's soluble flavor compounds—except caffeine. This extract is filtered through activated carbon to remove caffeine, while retaining the rich character of the coffee.

New batches of beans are then immersed in the GCE, allowing caffeine to naturally diffuse out without using chemicals or compromising flavor. Over 8–10 hours, the caffeine is gently removed while the beans keep their unique taste and complexity. The extract is continuously refreshed to ensure consistent results.

The Swiss Water® Process removes 99.9% of caffeine while keeping the coffee’s original body, brightness, and nuance intact—perfect for those who want a delicious cup without the buzz.
