I’m using 18 g of coffee & water at 198°, aiming for a 36 g shot in 40 seconds or so. (The first 10 seconds are taken up with a pre-infusion.) I am grateful to Claw Coffee for producing nutty, sweet espresso! A great way to start the day!

I think it makes a delicious espresso and works well in milk drinks. I was surprised about two things: First, the order took a long time - almost a week - to arrive and, second, it was a bit more darkly roasted than I had seen before with the same beans.
Wonderful coffee!
Claw has quickly turned into our favorite coffee. We have always bought local beans. Once we tried your espresso beans at a Portland coffee shop, we never looked back. Now we have a subscription.
We use a perculoter to make coffee and this came out very weak.
