This peaberry lot from Kayu Factory is full of bright acidity and with notes of grape, dark chocolate, and brown sugar. As a medium roast it brings out the true complexity of all the flavors packed into each little bean. Both coffee aficionados and coffee novices will ponder what type of black magic is in their cup while the vibrant flavors jump around their taste buds.
