Sao Luiz estate, a family-owned farm in Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro, has been growing coffee for over a century., Ana Cecilia Gondim Velloso and her brother Lucio continue their family’s legacy of innovation and sustainability in coffee cultivation. For generations, the Velloso family has combined scientific advancements with traditional coffee-growing knowledge, producing high-quality coffee while preserving the land through  responsible farming practices. 

The farm is known for its precision in cultivation, from selective harvesting of the finest Yellow Catuai cherries to using eco-friendly processing methods such as natural drying and compost-based fertilization.
